I've been working as a group fitness instructor since 2001, Les Mills Advanced Instructor since 2011, TRX Master Trainer since 2012, and ViPR Master Trainer since 2013. My sports background includes a range of martial arts, with instructor and competition merits in Taekwondo in 1999. I have also worked as snowboard instructor, and enjoy outdoor activities such as trailrunning, surfing, kayaking, and hiking.
During my 19 years as instructor and coach, I've taught a wide range of different programs, presented at conventions, and worked in the national instructor development team for Nordic Wellness, one of the largest fitness club chains in Sweden. I have been part of the ViPR Global Educator Team, and an appreciated instructor in Concept Education's trainer team. I also work as university researcher and teacher, which gives me a solid methodological and pedagogical base. My goal is to inspire and teach effective and meaningful movement training for a healthy life for everyone.
I'm spending time in the woods and on the OCR tracks. Toughest, Tough Viking, National Swedish Military Championships OCR 2017, and multiple trail running races (Sandsjöbacka 55k and Hallands Ultra 50k, and a bunch of half-marathons) and multiple day adventure running and fastpacking.
I'm teaching Les Mills BODYCOMBAT and BODYBALANCE, circuit-based group fitness, kettlebells, and TRX classes.
How can digital solutions help build intrinsic motivation? During 2014-2016 I was part of a research group that studied motivation and digital experience design, and published in peer-reviewed research journals.

For the fourth ViPR Group release in 2014, I was invited to create choreography and film the masterclass with my skilled colleagues at FitPro headquarters in London.
